Policy for reporting clues or complaints
The Company has established and provided channels for submitting complaints, reporting whistleblowing information, or expressing opinions.
This enables employees and all stakeholders to report any misconduct or corruption, thereby supporting personnel development, management improvement,
and the prevention and suppression of wrongdoing and corrupt practices.
Complainants or whistleblowers are required to clearly provide their name, address, and contact telephone number,
as well as the name of the alleged wrongdoer and details of the incident.
The information must be reliable and, where available, supported by evidence or witnesses.

These reporting channels are secure. Complainants or whistleblowers may confidently report misconduct or corruption,
as well as provide recommendations regarding compliance with anti-corruption measures.
The Company will conduct investigations into reported misconduct and corruption in accordance with established procedures
and will document the investigation process in writing. The Company will not disclose the identity of the complainant or whistleblower
and will keep all related information strictly confidential in order to protect them from any potential adverse consequences in the future.
In the event that the Company determines that any complaint, report, statement, or information provided is made in bad faith,
with dishonest intent and with the purpose of causing damage to the Company, such individual shall be subject to disciplinary action
in accordance with the Company’s regulations and may also face legal proceedings.
